Most projects are quoted. A detailed specification is required to accurately and fairly quote a project. The more specific the better. Nothing is inferred. If something is not in the spec, it will not be quoted and it will not be built. Once quoted, a 50% deposit is due to schedule the project. The net 50% is due upon completion and when client is 100% satisfied. The project may or may not be live at this point.
Some projects may be best facilitated by an hourly fee. Brad Lee of WebLee.net is only $55 * US per hour worked as of

. A 5 hour deposit of $275 US is required to schedule an hourly project. All work is done by Brad and nothing is subcontracted out. ( * rates lowered from 90 due to the lovely economy )
Either way, a project HAS to be accepted by Brad Lee of WebLee.net via a confirmation email. Please do not send any unsolicited funds. Once a project is accepted, it will be scheduled, and a timeline will be sent back to client with an initial invoice in a confirmation email. Communication will continue as items are needed.
